Shapeshifter reshaped
Meet our on-the-fly geometry and kinematic transformer. Pick Pedal Mode for increased on-trail agility and uphill efficiency or switch to Shred Mode for all-out DH performance: 1.5 degrees slacker, 15 mm lower and a more supple suspension. It´s the ultimate flip chip.

BUILT FOR SPEED
- Race-winning handling
The Strive CFR uses 435 mm chainstays to keep the same race-winning handling the range is famous for.
- Slack headtube
63 DEGREES! That slack a head tube is typically reserved for DH bikes, but because the Shapeshifter can change it to 64.5 with the flip of a switch, it was a no brainer to make the Strive more stable at pace and boost rider confidence when it counts.
- Steep seat tube
The steeper 78 degree seat tube angle in Pedal Mode moves the rider´s centre of mass forward and gives them a better climbing position, less suspension squat and more efficient pedalling performance on uphills and mellower trails alike.
- Reach further
Paired with the slacker head tube, longer reach makes it easier for riders to distribute their weight evenly on the bike and go faster with greater control. The reach also gives riders more options to size up or down and dial in the perfect ride.

(Ad)just right
Working with the best riders in the world taught us that just because a setup works for one rider, it doesn´t necessarily work for another. Reach and wheelbase can be adjusted on the Strive CFR by +/- 5mm thanks to headset cup inserts that offer riders 10 mm of total adjustment.

SMART DETAILS
- Enduro durability
Tested and approved for our Enduro-focussed Category 4, the Strive CFR is ready for punishing days in the mountains and nearly any natural feature out on the hill.
- Universal mech hanger
Using an easy-to-source universal mech hanger makes it simpler than ever to stock up and swap. The design also pivots backwards to offer additional protection in the event of an impact.
- Silent frame protection
We developed special frame protectors with our EWS mechanics to shield your bike from the worst nature has to throw at it. They also happen to dampen the sounds of chain slap, rock impacts and trail chatter.
- Foam-lined internal routing
Foam liners save grams over full plastic channels while still dampening any cable chatter inside the frame. Removable cable ports offer easy access for quick swaps.
